Do you offer free trials or demo versions?
No, our software is not available as a free trial or in crippled, demo version. However, all Proxigence software includes a 30 day money back guarantee, commencing from the installation date. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know and we'll kindly refund your initial charges.

Can I pay a one-time fee for Proxigence software?
No, not at this time. All of our software is licensed on a subscription model because it includes installation support, ongoing configuration support, and unlimited access to future version upgrades. Unlike our competitors, we do not charge based on the number of domains on your server(s), the size of your membership base, particular software feature sets, or for one-off items such as server migrations or support inquiries. And, unlike our competitors, we have never raised prices in 5+ years.

Do you accept different payment terms or methods?
While recurring credit card payment is our primary billing method, we do understand that some customers (especially those outside the USA) may require alternative arrangements (e.g. wire transfers). Please contact billing support for further assistance.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do offer bulk discounts for high-volume orders and enterprise-wide deployments (e.g. hosting companies). Please contact sales support for further assistance.

Are there minimum contract length requirements?
There are no minimum contract requirements for any off-the-shelf Proxigence software licenses. You are free to end your license subscription whenever you so choose.
